How much water could California harvest using fog nets?

A lot of water, particularly on the coastal lands.  California’s coast has on average more than 60 days of heavy fog per year.  Collecting condensing fog, and morning dew would recover a lot of water that could be used for irrigation.  The condensation and runoff from the roof of the building I live at makes it sound like it is raining every morning, and you can see probablly a gallon or so run down the drains per day.  If apartment and industrial buildings would collect this condensation it would help reduce the need for using municipal water to water lawns and plants.
