So far this year, the U.S. has harvested 327,270 acres of tobacco, compared to 354,240 in 2009 and 354,490 in 2008.
In pounds, the U.S. crop has been 822,567,000 lbs in 2009, 800,504,000 lbs in 2008 and 787,653,000 lbs in 2007.
