The answer to this question is that it is impossible to determine the exact correct answer. You have to take into consideration the locations of some super markets. Super markets that are near farms are more likely to have locally grown food sold at those facilities while super markets in a big city far from locally grown foods are far less likely to use locally grown food.
This question cannot be answered definitely because each supermarket is different. However, for the large chains of supermarkets it is likely that the produce is not grown locally.
