While a number for amount of snow on Mount Kilimanjaro is not available, percentages based on previous amounts are. Between 1912 and 2007, an estimated 85% of the snow on Mount Kilimanjaro dissapeared. 25% of the snow dissapeared between 2000 and 2007. It is very likely that there will be no ice on the top of Kilimanjaro in the near future, but experts say that this is natural and not to be contributed to global warming. Apparently the mountain naturally sees fluctuations in the amount of snow and ice on top, so we should not be alarmed.
