How much slower does a wild fire travel downhill?

Wildfires travel uphill 4-5 times faster than downhill due to a multitude of reasons. Downhill is generally more moist as water flows downwards. Wind, however, generally travels uphill bringing the fire with it. Heat and smoke from the fire also travel upwards, pre-heating the treets uphill and making them easier to set alight.
