Want to know a secret? Sleep is different for everyone. Some people can enter the Rapid Eye Movement or REM state of their sleep cycle almost immediately. This is the deep sleep period when dreaming occurs, and the body actually begins its restoration. In fact, you can even train your mind and body to go directly into REM sleep yourself immediately, thus sleeping a lot less than you would normally need.
