It depends on your climate, daily activities, weight, etc, so it’s different for everyone. Most nutritionists recommend about 1.2 liters or 6-8 glasses per day. If you’re larger, workout more, or live in a drier environment, it would be better to drink a bit more water than recommended. If not, you may be perfectly healthy with less.
If what you mean is how much water you are to drink in a day, it is recommended that you drink at least 2 litres. But one can drink as much as 4 litres or much more.
However, it is not advisable to drink much water while eating or immediately after meal. It is healthier to drink much water about 30 – 45 minutes after meal especially for those who do not want to get fat.
