How much water should I drink during my daily run?

    24 ounces per hour of excersize. If I remember correctly from health class, it’s good to drink some water about every 15 minutes.

    It is suggested that you drink 8 ounces of water for every 20 minutes of running. Expert opinion however is shifting towards suggesting that runners train themselves to “drink to thirst” rather than focusing on numbers of drinks and amounts.
