Different makes of cell phone put off different amounts of radiation, which is measured in “SAR” (watts/kilogram): “specific absorption rate”. And different parts of the world have different hard caps on this SAR. In the U.S. and Canada, it’s 1.6 watts/kilogram; in Europe, it’s 2 watts/kilogram.

In the U.S., the Motorola V195s puts off the most radiation. It’s right up at the cap of 1.6 watts/kilogram. The Beyond E-Tech Duet D8 puts off the least radiation, at 0.109 watts/kilogram.
