If you want to know the exact W/ kg of SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) that the phone is putting off, there is a website with a list of many major phones on it. The link is http://www.ewg.org/cellphone-radiation/ you can find your exact model of cell phone and how much radiation it emits. There is a wide range betweent he highest and lowest emitters. The top phone the Samsung Impression leaks off .35 W/kg at maximum. The worst phone rated was the T-mobile mytouch 3g which had a maximum SAR rating of 1.55 W/kg. Different makes of cell phone put off different amounts of radiation, which is measured in “SAR” (watts/kilogram): “specific absorption rate”. And different parts of the world have different hard caps on this SAR. In the U.S. and Canada, it’s 1.6 watts/kilogram; in Europe, it’s 2 watts/kilogram.
In the U.S., the Motorola V195s puts off the most radiation. It’s right up at the cap of 1.6 watts/kilogram. The Beyond E-Tech Duet D8 puts off the least radiation, at 0.109 watts/kilogram.
