A medium-sized banana contains an average of 467mg of potassium. Bananas are a great source of potassium, as are a number of other fruits, along with potatoes. Bananas really portable, too! Doesn’t make your hand sticky with juice as it’s mostly juice-free. Beware of taking in too much potassium though, as it can cause upset stomachs.
