Bees use static electricity to cause dusty pollen to adhere to the hairs on their legs which they then transport to other flowers and back to the hive. Some bees have special sacs on their legs which they transfer the collected pollen into for transport. The amount of pollen a bee can carry depends on the size and species of the bee, of course, but in general the individual amount of pollen is tiny because they are such small animals.
