How much of a persons electricity bill goes to cooling a house in Palm Desert?

Good question, whitaker.  The amount of electricity someone uses for their a/c will differ from house to house because of many things including the peoples’ habits, personal preferences in temperature, the efficiency of the house, and much more.  Generally speaking, however, homes in warmer climates will use 60-70% of their electricity in the summer just for cooling.

    Hope this helps!
