Paper recycling rates are greater in South Korea than North Korea. Out of all the countries in the world, South Korea is said to be the country that recycles the most paper. In South Korea, 77 percent of their paper products are recycled. According to Lester P. Brown, “If every country
recycled as much of its paper as South Korea does, the amount of wood pulp used to produce paper worldwide would drop by one third.”
