How much oil is used in shipping water bottles?

There is no single answer for this, as the amount of oil used depends on how far away the water bottle is being shipped from to get to where you live. For instance, a water bottle shipped from China to Fiji to the United States would use about 83.3 grams of fossil fuels. If the water bottle was produced in the US, there would be less oil used (assuming you live in the US).
