The Energy Info Administration does not break consumption down by state. The west coast district consumed 3,011,000 barrels per day in June 2010.
According to the Energy Almanac released by the state government of CA, California consumed somewhere around 650 million barrels of crude oil in the year 2009.
Of this oil, ~48% was imported from foreign sources, ~13% was imported from Alaska, and the remaining ~38% came from in-state oil sources.
