    It depends on the rig. However, oil production amount is based off of bpd (barrels per day) and 1 barrel is around 42 gallons.

    There is an Iranian oil rig, that produces about 600-800 bpd, which would be around 25,200-33,600 gallons in a day.

    The Thunder Horse platform in the Gulf of Mexico was rated at a maximum production of 250,000 per day through 7 separate wells, or about 35,000 barrels per day per well. The average production of all wells in the US is about 10 barrels per day per well. The average in Saudi Arabia is about 5,000 barrels per day per well.
