How much nuclear waste do we produce every day?

In the 34 years between 1968 and 2002, the United States produced 47,023 Metric tonnes of uraninium, which equals approximately 3.79 Metric Tonnes a day. As nuclear waste production has not increased dramatically since then, I doubt if it has climbed much, although a new update including 2009 figures is supposed to be released soon.

    I hope this helped!
