Organic food can be quite a bit more expensive than regular food, but there are ways around the costs — don’t restrict yourself to conventional supermarkets, but make an effort to look around for co-ops and even vending machines that sell organic products. Buy in bulk and buy in season if you want to get better deals. Shopping online is also a great way to reduce potential costs. And you can always grow your own organic food!
It really depends on where you live and where you shop. Trader Joes and Whole Foods sells frozen organic vegetables for cheap, and their conventional frozen food. As for fresh produce, in part it depends whether the food is local and/or seasonal.
