It depends on the company, of course. Companies that make products that people buy during the holidays ramp up production before Christmas, and therefore energy. During Christmas and shortly thereafter, most companies use less energy because their employees go on holiday. With most employees gone, the company facilities have less need for electricity and consumption plummets. You might find specific numbers for a specific company by googling, although I would guess such information is rarely published.
