How much more efficient is the empire state building after the renovations?

    In theory, when the renovations are complete, the Empire State Building will consume 38% less energy annually. This will sum to about 4.5 million dollars in savings per year–taking about 25 years to recoup the 100 million dollar investment in the renovations.
