How much money does the San Diego zoo get donated to it?

The vast majority of funds for the zoo are in memberships and admissions, totaling about $60,000 in 2006, and retail activity such as concessions and items in the gift shops, bringing in over $83,000. In 2006, the zoo received about $35,986 in donations but only $3,876 of that money was available for immediate use, the rest put under various restrictions on its purpose or when/if it could be used. So many it relies on visitors to fund its operations.
