It is impossible to express the cost for any single shuttle without considering the overall cost of the program – the background research and development is a significant part of the cost, and it is not really possible to directly assign such costs to individual shuttles. See link for overview.
Take the total cost (145 billion), and take away the 450 million per flight that NASA says it takes purely to launch a space shuttle, then divide by the number of shuttles to get over 10 billion dollars per shuttle.
