The amount of milk that you should drink depends on your age. Children are suggested to drink around 3 glasses per day, or the equivalent in calcium. Teenagers and adults over 50 should drink 4 glasses a day, and people age 19-50 should drink around 3 glasses per day. It really depends on each person’s calcium needs, but that is a general guideline. You can also get calcium from other dairy products like yogurt and cheese.
