How much marine pollution is a result of land activities?

A lot! All the rivers, lakes, streams, creeks, ect. we use whether directly or indirectly, take in all the sewage (usually treated, sometimes not), the top soil and excess nutrients used in agriculture, some of the leftovers from industrial processes and other waste. They not only take all that waste, they also dump it into the oceans. In fact, its more than likely that the majority of marine pollution comes from land use.
