The efficiency of the solar panels is directly related to its positioning so its impossible to give a clear cut number of how much efficiency drops when the solar panel is mis-aligned. Presumably, a solar panel that is just a few degrees off from its most optimal position will only see a slight drop in efficiency whereas a panel that is facing the complete opposite direction will have a massive drop in efficiency. Moreover, further compounding the difficulty of answering this question is the fact that the sun itself moves across the sky; that is, the most efficient position for a solar panel changes throughout the day. Most home installed solar panels are not equipped to move and face the sun constantly meaning that they are usually installed to generally maximize sun exposure throughout the day than have 100% efficiency at any one time.
