How much lead do CRT monitors contain?

The lead content will depend on the size of the monitor. The lead is in the CRT glass and is used to protect users from X-Ray emissions. Again the amount will depend on the size but on average the CRT glass in monitors is from 15 to 90 pounds with 25% of that being Lead Oxide.
