Most of the cost of nuclear energy lies in the construction of the reactors. Estimates for these range from about $1000 (for reactors after the first on the same site) to more than $4500 per kilowatt of capacity.
If you’re asking about retail prices, the latest projection from MIT regarding power from new nuclear plants in the US is about 8.4¢ per kilowatt-hour, although that would likely vary somewhat from region to region within the States, and maybe drastically different from prices abroad.
