The other answer misquotes the cited reference, which says that Yellowstone’s caldera floor (not Hayden Valley in particular) has risen at almost 3 inches per year for three years (2004-2007). The rates of rise before that, since measurements have been made in 1923, were much smaller. The caldera floor has both risen and fallen since 1923.
