I had trouble finding U.S. energy consumption per day by Watts, which I assume is the measure of energy you are asking for. But in 2004 the U.S. consumed 3,920,613,000,000 kWh over the course of a year. We can divide this number by 365 to find a rough estimate of daily consumption and we arrive at 10,741,405,479.5 kWh per day. Some pretty large numbers. In 2004 the United States consumed more electricity than any other country.
