How much does the United States need to reduce their emissions to reach a 350 PPM count in the atmosphere?

Unfortunitely, even if the United States were to drastically cut emissions there would still likely be a rise in CO2 concentration.  Developing countries such as China and India are putting out increasingly larger amounts of greenhouse gases and are reluctant to put any limits on their growth.  A multi-lateral approach including many countries (which seems unlikely any time soon given the failuare at Copenhagen) and better renewable energy technology will be required if we even hope to make a dent in C02 emissions.
