A healthy environment almost wholly affects one’s health!
Keeping a sanitary space around you will prevent you from catching diseases. For example, clean regularly and make sure the air quality around you is clean. You can do this by regularly aerating your space by keeping a fresh air supply flowing through open windows or doors. Try to avoid air fresheners.
In the large scale, having a clean atmosphere keeps our lungs free of pollutants, which in high doses and long term exposure can be very toxic and deadly.
A healthy environment and our own personal health are close related. The environment we live in affects all aspects of physical and mental health. A healthy environment means that there are less free radicals and pathogens floating around to contribute to cancer and infectious diseases.
