How much does the head of a moose weigh?

This is the best I could find. I located the weight of a moose head mounted but not individually.

The head of a moose, at least one that is mounted, is about 150 pounds (so about as much as a person weighs)! This statistic comes from the story below, which describes how a woman was injured at a New York City bar when a mounted moose head (complete with 3-foot antlers) fell on her head. Not nice.

An individually mounted moosehead can weigh anywhere from 150 to 400 pounds (although this figure includes tacking and mounting supplies in addition to the weight of organic moose material).
