It must not be very much, considering that many manufacturers guarantee at least 90% of a panel’s rated power output for 10 years and at least 85% for 25. As far as I can tell, efficiency is more affected by the photovoltaic cells’ temperature and whether or not the panel is clean than by the system’s age.
