How much could solid waste be reduced if there were a disposal fee for every bag of trash produced?

It depends on where you are expecting this to be put in motion. Maybe in a large, populated city it would be effective, as large communities are usually more competitive and demand a current supply of information. But in poor to middle-class suburbia, I am sure it would dramatically increase the amount of litter, with a lack of supervision supplied by a metropolis and driving small-town citizens to sloppiness. But that’s the innovative kind of thinking that makes this site great. Hope I helped, and have a green day!
