Next to none. There is currently only one clean coal plant in the world, the state-owned Spremberg Plant in Germany, which uses carbon-capture technology to detoxify coal emissions. In 2008, there was a plant to build a clean coal plant in the United States, the Future-Gen Plant, but the proposal was tabled due to costs. Commercial use of clean coal technology is believed to be at least 15 years away.
