Well you should at minimum brush your teeth once daily. There is no exact figure of water savings, but whenever you do brush you should make sure to not keep the water running while you brush (this method wastes several gallons of water needlessly). Instead turn the faucet on and off as needed while brushing your teeth.
The average person uses about half a gallon of water every time they brush their teeth, and rinse quickly. Brushing your teeth multiple times a day can definitely add up. This does not mean that you should stop brushing your teeth though. It may be better to just stop using toothpaste. Hydrogen peroxide can be used as an alternative to toothpaste, as well as baking soda. This way, water is not wasted wetting a brush, later rinsing out your mouth, and then rinsing the water from the sink.
