How much BPA would it take you to get sick?

Some say that the level is unclear, but in laboratory rats, even the tiniest amount caused some alterations in body functions. It was something like .025  ug/kg/day. See below for more info.

According to the EPA, the maximum amount of BPA that can be consumed while still considered safe is .05 mg per kg of body weight each day.  Estimated dietary intake of BPA is less than 0.0000125 mg (a figure more than 4000 times lower than the EPA’s “reference” dose) per kg body weight each day.

I am not sure what you mean by sick? Do you mean simply a regular illness or a cancer type illness. The amount of BPA levels needed, I am sure is different for each and depends entirely on your own body.
