I’m having a really hard time trying to get a solid number for you with this one! The office at the link below will inject Botox in a patient once every three months (right after the previous injection has worn off), but I don’t know if that is an industry standard. It probably has a lot to do with the person (their weight, their height, nutrition, history with Botox).
I would recommend calling a local doctor’s office that specializes in Botox and asking them.
Supposedly children with cereberal palsy can be treated with botox every three months, so a safe dose for adults must be at least that, depending on where it is applied.
