Not very much, depending on the species a female mosquito’s abdomen can hold between 0.001 and 0.01 milliliters. I also found a source that said 5 millionths of a liter.

The mosquito usually withdraws between 0.001 and 0.01 milliliters from our bodies. In comparsion the average body holds about 5 liters (5,000 milliliters) of blood so not very much blood is taken at all. Only the female mosquito takes blood; the male mosquito does not take blood at all.
