18 grams of aluminum are used in manufacturing the iPod classic, 10.9 in the nano, and 3.4 in the shuffle.  None is used in the iPhone touches or Phones. Since about 240 million iPod products have been sold as of 2010, that means that 7752000000 grams have been used.  This converts to 8527 tons of aluminum.
