When it comes to mistletoe: kissing under it is the last thing harvesters want to do with Mistletoe, it is actually something they loathe. Mistletoe is a paristic plant that attaches itself to Juniper or Apple trees, and blooms in Febraury or March. It is grown in tropical or subtropical regions, stretching from East Texas to Florida, up to Missouri in the southern states, and NJ on the eastern seaboard. Mistletoe can be found at Christmas tree farms, local florists, local stores or online. Commercially mistletoe is of little value, and often is very costly to manufacture.
