How many years do maple trees last?

I assume you mean, how long do they live for and if that’s the case, the oldest maple tree (the acer macrophyllum) was recorded at 350 years.  On average though, most maple trees live to be well over 100 years (with some sugar maples living well into their 300s).  Just as humans stop growing (in height) after a certain period of time, height growth for maples stops after about 140 to 150 years.

Different varieties grow at different rates, but most grow at an average of 1-2 feet per year.
