Veins typically branch out like trees, with many “twigs’ leading out of one larger vein. So it’s hard to say what you would call a single “vein” in order to count them. However, if you stretched out all the veins and arteries in the human body, they would reach an astounding 60,000 miles. That’s twice the distance around the Earth!
