    There are no current clear-cut calculations available, but it has been estimated that 24 trees are used per 1 ton of paper made. But it really depends on the type of paper, more info here:

    What can you do with 1000 to 2000 pounds of paper? Here are a few examples:
    942 100 page books
    1200 copies of National Geographic
    2700 newspapers
