How many toxic chemicals have been found in human cord blood?

    According to the links below, laboratories in the U.S., Canada, and Europe have found up to 232 toxic chemicals in cord blood samples. The studies were done on 10 cord blood samples of newborns and while the sample used in the study is not significant enough to reflect national trends, they still provide evidence that American children are being exposed as early as the womb, to a mixture of harmful chemicals.
