The Food Pyramid suggests 3-5 daily servings of vegetables. The proportions of one serving are one cup of raw leafy vegetables, 1/2 cup of cooked or raw vegetables, or 3/4 cup of vegetable juice.
If you make an effort to eat at least one serving of fruits and vegetables at every meal (and snacks!) it will be much easier to hit your 3-5. And getting more than 6 is even better!
