How many “climate refugees” are there likely to be if climate change continues at the predicted rate?

    If the climate continues to change at the predicted rate, there are supposed to be anywhere from 150 million to 1 billion climate refugees within the next four decades.  The Maldives is anticipated to be mostly or all under water by 2100.  The Pacific Islands seem to be the most vulnerable.  Central Africa seems to be the next most vulnerable to climate change.
