The CDC estimates that between 14 million and 34 million cases of H1N1 (swine flu) occurred between April and October 17, 2009, in the United States.
There have been over 3,500,000 cases of the Swine Flu worldwide. Alone, the US 359,092 reported cases, 3,723 being fatal. According to the World Health Organization, nearly 8,000 people have died from H1N1 worldwide.
