I couldn’t find any data for the number of individual homes with solar power in Germany, and I kind of doubt that they exist, but as of 2009, Germany had a solar power capacity of about 8,877 MW of energy. The average home uses about 1000W of power, so that would be the equivalent of about 8.9 million houses. It is also interesting to note that as of the beginning of 2009, new homes built in Germany had to include some sort of renewable energy heating system, which would include solar energy. Germany is the second biggest solar producer in the world.
