Impossible to tell worldwide, as there are many countries and areas that have little to no interaction with developed countries. However, if you’d like a really vague idea, you can subtract the population of 2007 from 2008, which will get you the population increase in that year. Divide this by 365, and you will get a very (very) rough estimate of 212,393 births a day, worldwide.

There is one baby born every 8 seconds (alive), 10,800 alive births per day. This is for the United States. Worldwide, obviously, it’s a lot a lot more.
